Safety and Quality

altitude monitor

For any system that modifies the breathable air in an enclosed space, safety must be a primary concern. Kinetic Altitude systems incorporate a redundant (safety through redundancy) fail-safe design. The control system is developed to stringent safety standards.

In the unlikely event of a failure in the control system or if oxygen levels fall below a preset level, an independent safety monitoring (watchdog) system cuts off the nitrogen supply. This ensures that there is no chance of dangerously low oxygen levels forming in the altitude facility.

All components included in Kinetic Altitude are selected based on their meeting the highest performance specifications. By selecting the best components, the long term cost of ownership is reduced due to the lower maintenance and downtime costs. Only long life paramagnetic oxygen sensors are used in Kinetic Altitude systems due to their long-term reliability and accuracy.
