The technicians at Kinetic Performance Technology are very capable and willing to asses repairs and undertake general servicing of SRM units. Battery changes for both the PowerMeter and PowerControl units are the most common servicing requirement and can be completed within 3-5 days of receiving the unit. Should a unit require repairs or replacement parts beyond our repair scope, the unit will be returned to the customer with a Service Assessment Summary allowing the owner to arrange the return of the unit to Germany or the USA for further investigation and repairs.Please note: To cover the cost of time and labor Kinetic has been compelled to introduce a minimum, up front, assessment charge of $50, per unit, however, if Kinetic Performance Technology proceed with the repairs, this will be subtracted from the total invoice charge. Prior to sending us your SRM, please contact us, so we can ascertain what items you need to send. Should you decide to send us your SRM for assessment, Print and complete the SRM Service/Repair Form [PDF - 751 KB] and enclose it with your items for assessment.Please ensure adequate packaging to avoid in-transit damage.
