What does it Measure

The SRM training systems are designed to simultaneously display and record a cyclist's:

  • Power - average & max power.
  • Cadence - average & max cadence.
  • Speed - average & max speed.
  • Heart Rate - average & max heart rate (compatible to Polar non-coded heart rate monitor).
  • Distance.
  • Time & Date.
  • Energy Expenditure.
  • Start & Stop Intervals.
  • Ambient temperature.

Environmental factors such as weather, bike set-up, race situations, diet and cadences etc are all eliminated.

Another option is to measure torque with the Online Torque Analysis. This allows you to see the sum of the tangential forces acting upon your pedals. This is displayed as a torque curve and can help determine left or right leg dominance and also show how the amount of applied torque changes in relation to angle of the crank.
